Presently, as I prepare to come out of Lockdown, I am looking at ways to conquer “Post COVID 19”. This will have a massive impact on all aspects of mental health and wellbeing for many people.
For best advice on all aspects of wellbeing I regularly speak with Ian Crosswell.
Ian is a Thrive Programme Consultant and he works with people of all ages, helping them overcome a wide variety of issues.
Ian suffered with poor mental health for many years until he found help from The Thrive Programme. Once he learnt how to improve his life, he was amazed at the difference it made. This spurred him on to study and qualify as a Consultant so he could use his experience and training to help other people.
The Thrive Programme is an evidence-based training programme that teaches you to take control of your own mental health. It is easy to follow, and fun to work through in just 6 to 8 weeks. I know this because I have done the Thrive Programme and am a changed person as a result.
Learning to thrive puts you in the driving seat so you feel powerful and in control of all aspects of your life. It is pro-active and preventative, so it really can help anybody improve their life.
Ian works either one to one, or in small groups, and he is happy to travel to meet you, or to hold sessions via Skype or Zoom. Initial consultations are always free and, of course, confidential, so it is well worth finding out how Ian can help you.
